Prepared on-site by Chef/Owner John Gilbert and his team, this elegant 4 course menu will be paired with wines from select vineyards in California's premier wine regions. Wines provided by Times Ten Cellars in Dallas. 

Chef Gilbert will contact you directly to select a custom menu for up to 12 persons, to be prepared in your home or at the G Texas corporate kitchen.
